Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kennel operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all dogs.
• Monitor dog health, behavior, feeding schedules, and exercise routines.
• Manage kennel staff — scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Maintain detailed records of dog check-ins, vaccinations, feeding, grooming, and medical requirements.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, groomers, trainers, and pet owners as needed.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding care instructions, medical updates, and facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
